Additional Terms
This is a twelve (12) month non-refundable subscription plan.
Upon sign-up, credit card will be charged an initial fee of $22.95,
which will include the first 30 days of service. Thereafter, customers
will be billed monthly on the first of each month.
Save with annual pre-pay (charged $275.40 at outset of plan,
and get the 13th month FREE!).
RM Technical Services reserves the right to terminate and/or
change the terms of service at any time with thirty (30) days written
notice.
Customer is not considered to be on the subscription plan until the
RM Technical Services-issued software is loaded onto their system. RM
Technical Services will attempt to clean the customer's system enough so
that the software can be installed.
RM Technical Services is not responsible for issues caused by the
customer, or any other person that has access to the computer,
adjusting, removing and/or disabling the anti-virus or anti-spyware
software.
Subscriptions will automatically renew after the first year on a
month to month basis. After the first year, customer may cancel
at anytime with thirty (30) days written notice.
What the subscription plan supports - this plan includes
installation, usage and navigation for all RM Technical Services
supported applications (and limited diagnostic assessment only for
applications not supported by RM Technical Services). Up to 10GB of
backup storage.
What the subscription plan does not support - this
plan does not include support for accounting, financial, database,
CAD/CAM or similar software; network, router printer or scanner support.
*Unlimited Online PC Support - refers to support for a single PC and
specific issues outlined above. If RM Technical Services determines that
any customer is abusing or otherwise using the service excessively,
customer will be notified and RM Technical Services may restrict or
terminate customer's access to the service. If RM Technical Services
determines a customer is using the service for illegal or inappropriate
activities, this may be deemed reason to cancel subscription. At RM
Technical Services, we also offer On-Site Computer Support
(in-home/in-office visit) at additional rates listed on this web site.
If you need in-home or in-office computer support, on-site technicians
are on-call and available
